About the SFBRS:

The SFBRS is dedicated to the promotion of high standards of practice in medicine with a focus primarily on Radiology.  Members of the Society adhere to the medical and ethical standards of practice adopted by the American College of Radiology.

Membership in the SFBRS is the local entrance to organized Radiology and serves to foster a collegial community for local professionals to network, share ideas and knowledge.  Organized radiology exists to promote standards of excellence in practice and science, and to assure that Radiology is fully represented in political and socioeconomic deliberations.  The SFBRS works with the California Radiological Society (CRS) and the American College of Radiology (ACR) on state and national levels to address the larger economic and political issues that our profession faces.  Membership in the CRS and ACR is strongly encouraged to complete this national to local integration.
